forewarned that over 95% of all roof failures are due to
improper application, so follow our Buyer's Beware Guide:

ASK FOR PROOF OF INSURANCE AND A CURRENT FINANCIAL STATEMENT
BEFORE WORK STARTS. THIS WILL PREVENT LIENS, DEFAULTS, AND
BANKRUPTCY PROBLEMS FROM FLY-BY-NIGHT ROOFERS.

GET SEVERAL ESTIMATES, COMPARE MATERIAL AND TECHNQLOGY. (REMEMBER,
A LOW QUOTE IS NO SUBSTITUTE FOR EXPERIENCE OF PROFESSIONALISM)

REQUEST IN WRITTNG THAT NO SUBCONTRACTOR IS USED ON YOUR
PROPERTY. THIS WILL PREVENT "HOMEOWNERS LIABILITY FOR WORKER
INJURY AND UNSUPERVISED QUALITY CONTROL. REMEMBER. ALL
AMERICAN ROOFING, INC. NEVER USES SUBCONTRACTOBS.

TAKE TIME TO VISIT THE CONTRACTORS OFFICE AND SHOP. MANY
CONTRACTORS WORK OUT OF P.O. BOXES, THEIR HOME OR JUNKYARDS.

realize installing a new roof is an expensive burden for owners
and although it is natural to want the lowest price, it is vital
you be aware of the following facts during the bidding process
to protect your long term investment.

of our competition uses sub-contractors, so as to not pay the
required insurance by law. This substantially reduces the cost
but leaves homeowners liable for any worker injuries on the
jobsite. In addition, there is no quality control because the
sub-contractors are often transient.

All American Roofing, Inc.,
does not use any sub-contractors which has been
our policy for years. All of our workers are uniformed, trained,
and full-time employees of All American Roofing, Inc.,
and we are a drug-free workplace.

Take the time to visit the roofing contractor’s shop and
office. This is vital because the warranty you receive will
only be as good as the company behind it. Many or our
competitors work out of their condos, post office boxes, or junk
yards. By visiting their shops you can get a good idea if the
company is professional or a sloppy “fly by night.”

Check the references and visit the buildings or the active
jobsites. All American Roofing, Inc. has
installed new roofs on many buildings and homes similar to yours.

Check financial status of the company you choose by asking for
current financial statements. This will protect owners from
liens or bankruptcy defaults.

conclusion, over the years, we have seen numerous local roofing
companies either go bankrupt or just disappear which has left
homeowners with incomplete roofs, no warranty and monies
deposited with no work started. At least once a week we get
