CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY
At All American Roofing, Inc. we realize that maintaining a
long term relationship with our accounts requires more than
installing high quality roofing. First and foremost, we must
provide service in a timely and professional manner.
In other words, when a roof leak develops, you must have a
roofer to rely on for prompt and efficient service regardless of the
fact that it may be after hours, weekends, or holidays.
To ensure customer satisfaction, we enforce the following
company policies.
We will respond to all service calls by the following
business day at the latest from the time it is first reported.
During business hours, we will respond to emergency service
calls within fifteen (15) minutes to one (1) hour depending on the
location.
After business hours, weekends and holidays, one of the
three principals are on call seven (7) days a week, 365 days a year
for emergency service calls. Once the principal receives the call
he dispatches a service crew who we also pay to be on call.
Our emergency service is only available to accounts and
previous customers of All American Roofing, Inc. when the answering
service receives your call after business hours, they will screen
out all non-accounts before the principal is notified. Again, this
emergency service is exclusively reserved for All American Roofing,
Inc. accounts only.
We keep management and owners fully informed of every
necessary detail so that you have the answers when you need them.
We also fully document a detailed description of location, leakage
area, the procedure of work we applied, and al other information.
Our priority is always to look out for the owners best interest.
We install only the finest roofing materials with
professionally trained employees of All American Roofing, Inc. We
never subcontract any roofing work at any time, and all our
roofing products are non-asbestos.
Our employees will always be properly dressed in company
uniforms and treat your tenants with the utmost respect. All of our
employees are trained to communicate with the tenants, but also not
to reveal any information regarding the condition of the roof that
may create problems for the owners.

we must provide complete customer satisfaction. Therefore our
success is dependent on providing prompt, quality service when you
