We Do not Use Sub-Contractors
- We realize, installing a new roof is an expensive burden for owners and although it is natural to want the lowest price, it is vital you be aware of the following facts during the bidding process to protect your long term investment.
- 95% of our competition uses sub-contractors, so as to not pay the required insurance by law. This substantially reduces the cost but leaves homeowners liable for any worker injuries on the jobsite. In addition, there is no quality control because the sub-contractors are often transient.
- All American Roofing does not use any sub-contractors which has been our policy for years. All of our workers are uniformed, trained, and full-time employees of All American Roofing and we are a drug-free workplace.
